SUMMARY:   Used some grass roots marketing efforts, foodie  influencers and a hidden camera guru to pull off the stunt of all stunts in Austin, Texas. We launched a BBQ joint under the name of Monty's and served Subway's pit smoked brisket sandwiches to unsuspecting customers. It was all caught on camera. We shared the sandwich lover reactions with the country. The Real People Talent release process was intricate to say the least and it sure was hot staying hidden with the viewing monitors in the parking lot... in the Summer... in Texas. That said, we had great fun and the reveal moment was authentic and priceless!
